I just did an interview with Freya’s Fairy Tales from https://freyavictoria.com/about/ .
One of our topics of conversation stuck in my head.
The summary is we are what we do and the habits we set-up. That’s not quite what was said, but after it rolled around inside my head, and fell out again, that concept is where I landed.
Life is busy and there is only so much time in the day. How am I going to spend that time? There are a ton of things that I could do. But…. Only some of them actually help me with my goals.
I decided that the priorities I needed to work into my current schedule were
1. Writing
2. Exercising
3. Reading
I set these goals:
- Walk everyday
- Some kind of weight or stretching action each day
- 30 minutes focused writing each day
- Limit reading to 1 hour or less
- Get office organize
- Restart HB90 for writing organization
I mapped out each day to figure out where I could fit even the smallest slice of one of the above.
I have my plan for next week. I am going to keep trying different things until I can meet or exceed my goals.
